  1. Within 24 hours of receiving your Short Form Inquiry, your Travel Care Coordinator will contact you to review your information and discuss your options for healthcare.
  2. Immediately after your first contact with BridgeHealth, we begin to compile a written quote with projected pricing, length of stay, physician credentials and hospital accreditation information. Your Travel Care Coordinator can even arrange for you to speak with the doctor.
  3. You choose the dates and your BridgeHealth Travel Care Coordinator schedules your medical appointments and surgery. We can also help you arrange your flight, accommodations and sightseeing, obtain financing and set you up with a mobile phone during your trip.
  4. Payment information is sent to you based on your written quote, you receive your travel confirmation and a packet of information that includes your pre- and post- procedure instructions, packing lists, currency and cultural information, and emergency contact phone numbers and emails.
  5. A Travel Care Coordinator can be reached 24/7 while you are away and we stay in touch with any friends and family you have requested be contacted about your progress.
  6. When you return home your Travel Care Coordinator remains your health advocate, available to discuss your experience and schedule aftercare appointments as needed.
