Minimally invasive surgical and diagnostic procedures are responsible for the huge advances in Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) medicine. Computer Assisted Surgery (CAS) now provides the ENT surgeon with advanced visualization and analysis capabilities during the surgery.

The BAHA system is surgically implanted and allows sound to be conducted through the bone rather than through the middle ear - a process known as direct bone conduction.
